Privacy Policy

I.Who we are

Legaryn: Mythic Legends is an online fantasy strategy game for iPhone and Android, made by Legaryn LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Legaryn", "we", "us"). Legaryn LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. If you have any question about it, email support@legaryn.com.

II.What we collect

Information you give us or create while playing

Information collected automatically

• Activity times: when you were last online, so alliance members can see who is active. Turn on Appear Offline in Settings to hide this.
• Purchase records: which item you bought, when, and a transaction ID from Apple or Google, so we can deliver and restore your purchases.
• Technical data: basic data our servers need to work, such as IP address, device type, operating system and app version. This is used for security, fixing errors and preventing cheating.

Alerts such as "you were attacked" are scheduled on your phone. We don't collect a push notification token.

III.What we don't collect

• Your precise or approximate location
• Your contacts, photos, camera or microphone
• Your advertising ID. We don't track you across other apps or websites.
• Payment card or bank details, which stay with Apple or Google
• Health, financial or other sensitive information

IV.How we use it

• To run the game: saving progress, battles, alliances, wars, events, leaderboards and chat.
• To deliver, restore and verify in-app purchases.
• To keep players safe: filtering harmful words, reviewing reports, and stopping cheating, fraud and abuse.
• To fix bugs, balance the game and improve it.
• To answer support requests and send important notices about your account or these terms.
• To meet legal obligations.

Legal bases (UK and EEA players). We process data to perform our contract with you (running the game), for our legitimate interests (safety, anti-cheat, improving the game), with your consent where we ask for it (for example, linking Google or Apple, Gravatar, or the waitlist), and to comply with the law.

V.What other players see

Legaryn is a multiplayer game. Other players can see your Warlord name, avatar, level, power, alliance, title and aura, showcase beasts and gear, battle and war results, and whether you're online (unless you turn on Appear Offline). Messages you post in World, Alliance or War chat, and on profile walls, can be seen by the players in that channel. Private messages are seen by you and the person you're writing to.

Please don't share personal information such as your real name, address, phone number or social media in chat.

VI.Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We only share it with service providers that help us run Legaryn, and only as needed:

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect players or the public from harm, to enforce our Terms, or as part of a merger, sale or transfer of the game. In that case, this policy keeps protecting your data.

If you join our Discord server, Discord's own privacy policy applies there.

VII.How long we keep it

• Account and game data: while your account exists. It's deleted when you delete your account.
• Chat messages: while your account exists, or until removed by moderation.
• Reports you send: may be kept without your name after you delete your account, so our safety decisions stay on record.
• Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Backups: deleted data can stay in encrypted server backups for up to 30 days before it's overwritten.
• Unlinked guest accounts: if you never link Google or Apple and don't play for 24 months, we may delete the account.

VIII.Deleting your account

Open Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account in the game. This permanently deletes your account, progress, profile, chat history, friends and alliance membership straight away. It cannot be undone, and purchased items are lost.

You can also email support@legaryn.com from the address linked to your account, or include your Warlord name. We'll confirm when it's done, usually within 30 days.

Deleting the app from your phone doesn't delete your account. If you subscribe to anything through Apple or Google, cancel it in your store settings as well.

IX.Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• See a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct it, or delete it
• Move it to another service (data portability)
• Object to or limit how we use it
• Withdraw consent you've given, at any time
• Complain to your local data protection authority

California and other US state residents: you have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing". We don't sell or share personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

To use any of these rights, email support@legaryn.com. We may ask you to confirm the request is yours. We reply within 30 days, or sooner if the law requires.

X.Children

Legaryn is for players 18 and older, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

XI.Security

Data is encrypted when sent between the app and our servers, access to our systems is restricted, and database rules stop players from reading other players' private data. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your personal information, we'll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

XII.Where data is stored

Our service providers may store and process data in the United States and other countries. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on safeguards the law allows, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

XIII.Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes, we'll also tell you in the game before they take effect.
