Welcome to Legaryn. This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and Legaryn ("we", "our", or "us") governing your use of the Legaryn mobile application ("Game"). By installing or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a compatible mobile device owned or controlled by you.
The Game may allow you to purchase virtual currency ("Gems") or access seasonal milestones ("Premium Pass") using real-world currency via Apple App Store in-app purchases. You acknowledge that virtual currency and items are licensed, not sold, and possess no real-world monetary value. Gems and virtual goods are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
To ensure a balanced environment for all players, you strictly agree not to:
• Deploy, distribute, or use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or automate the gameplay loop.
• Exploit bugs, mechanical glitches, or infrastructure vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in PvP combat, Alliance Wars, or fusion sequences.
• Sell, trade, or transfer your user account or virtual currency to another individual.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your license and a permanent ban of your Supabase authentication profile.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGARYN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, SYSTEM OUTAGES, OR FINANCIAL LOSS RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE GAME.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through final, binding individual arbitration rather than in a court of law, waving your right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
